A small half bath gets a fresh update (before and after)
No job is too large….or too small for Southcoast Kitchen Designs. Take this dated half bath, for example. Last renovated in the ‘90s, this space desperately needed some updates.
The homeowners chose a beautiful navy furniture vanity with antique gold hardware to make a statement and inspire the rest of the décor.
We started by removing the “popcorn” ceiling and plastering a smooth, clean finish. Then, we removed and replaced the ceramic flooring with a bold, blue and gray patterned tile. With a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams’ “March Wind,” the walls were transformed with a calming appeal.
A classic marble look quartz countertop with a rectangular sink added a modern feel. For a unique accent, white penny tile was installed on the wall behind the vanity. An antique gold light fixture and dark wood mirror completed the fresh, upgraded look.
